We brewed this malty copper lager as a tribute to Tombstone's rich brewing history. The Golden Eagle Brewery was Tombstone's first, opening in 1879 but burning down in 1882 along with much of the rest of the town. Smooth and highly drinkable, our recreation of the beer Tombstone residents would have enjoyed in 1879 features a blend of the finest Pils, Vienna, and Munich malts complimented by a touch of earthy, herbal Chinook hops. Raise a glass to over fourteen decades of Tombstone brewing history!

Can at home from month box this time Phoenix area, happy to be out of northeast. Dull amber pour only few bubbles and minimal head. Nose is malty some candy. Tastes of malt, caramel, red fruits, little pleather. Medium bodied. Ok. That being said if I’d been riding a horse all day through the desert in 1879 and barkeep hands me one of these I’m fucking thrilled.
