Bottled. An amber beer with a medium and fast disappearing beige head. The aroma has notes of caramel, straw, barnyard, brewmash, and a burnt note, as if the wort has been burnt - very artisinal. The flavor is sweet malty with strong notes of caramel, but also some citrus, herbs, and barnyard, leading to a lightly bitter and nutty end. The mouthfeel is very smooth, and the alcohol leaves a slight burn on the tongue. Too artisanal in my opinion, yet still drinkable.

(Bottle 50 cl) Hazy orangey brown - basically no head and very low in carbonation. Sweetish, caramelish nose. Fairly full body with very sweetish notes of caramel and roasted malt. No bitterness. Pleasant all right but poor craftmanship. 060307
