This is a booming Double India Pale Ale. It has a balanced bitterness, but has a beautiful honey and hop aroma from the double dry hop. The true soul to this beer is the hops, and we want to showcase them as well as we possibly can. We use six different hops to give this beer a fruity, citrusy, piney, and spicy flavor and aroma. This beer is mellow and dry, but it has the power of Thor in its backbone.
