Bomber. Pours a dark amber with a little bit of a sudsy head and aromas that are thick with pie spices (to the point of drowning out anything else that may be there.) Flavor has a kind of sour spice to it... spices are very dominant, but go fairly well with the theme and don’t come across as artificial or unwarranted. This is pretty good, but there are better pumpkin beers in the world.

Copper brown, small off-white head. Very spicey nose: nutmeg, cinnamon and clove. thin mouthfeel. Same spices in the flavor than in the aroma. There is some odd sweetness, maybe it is pumpkin? Overall very Christmasy beer.

(Bottle at Pikkulintu on 2008-05-15) Golden and clear. White small head. Clove and pickled pumpkin in nose. A bit acidic and light palate. Taste contains pickled pumpkina and clove, too. A bit sour aftertaste. Some salty liquorice.

Copper beer with tiny particles floating. Disappearing white head. Aroma leaves little doubt what this is: Perfumed nutty pumpkin, plus holiday spice like all-spice, nutmeg and cinnamon. Sweet and spiced flavour, with some alcohol. Dry finish.

Bottle 66cl. Clear medium orange red color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is light to moderate malty, roasted, caramel, moderate spicy - cinnamon, clove, ginger. Flavor is moderate to light heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. (280308)

Bottle, 22oz. A clear, golden beer with a beige head. Spiced nose with cinnamon and nutmeg, rather sweetish too. Spiced flavor too, with caramel maltyness doing most of the work. Medium body, and spiced finish. Sure a drinkable beer, maybe it needs food to go with it. Anyway, it didn’t turn me on. (080301)

Nice shade of amber coloured body with ruby highlights and a thinnish tan head. Aroma of pumpkin, nutmeg, coriander seed and yeast. Medium-bodied; Mild malty flavour with some nuts and caramel most noticeable. Aftertaste shows pumpkin, nutmeg and some other light spices. Overall, a pretty mild pumpkin beer with some good flavours, just not enough of them. I sampled this 65 cL bottle purchased from K&E Discount Beverage in New Paltz, New York on 04-April-2008.
