Many thanks to WillemsUrenkel for this bottle. Grainy neutral beginning. Hints of sourness behind a nice layer of grain. Neutral, moderate bitter. Hints of roast with a strange muddy aftertaste.

Cute tiny 0,33 l swing top bottle out of the cooler from E-Center Walsrode. Pours out unclear dark brown, small pale beige head. Malty smell with some hop elements. Taste starts with a short strange sourness, than, as expected, more malty. Sweetness in the background, little bit hopy. Dry malty aftertaste. Low carbonated.

33cl swing top bottle. A slightly hazy reddish brown colour with a mid-sized most good lasting off-white head. Aroma of caramelish malt, mild sweet malt, dark malt, nuts. Taste of dark caramelish malt, nuts, some red fruits, nice!

Bottle bought at the brewery and rated at my hotel. Hazy amber brown with a small off-white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, caramel, nutty and light sour. Flavor is medium sweet and light bitter. Sweet and light bitter finish with a light sour edge. 080417

Bottle. Murky brown with a large tan head. Aroma is tart chocolate. Flavour is light tart bitter berry, a little chocolate malt on a sharp tart finish.

Draught at the brewpub. Creamy off-white good mostly lasting head. Amber colour. Moderate malty and light hoppy aroma. Moderate bitter nice flavor with caramel and licorice notes. Average moderate bitter finish. Oily palate.

Tap at brewpub. Toffee malt and sour milk aroma. Murky dark brown color with moderate head. Sweet toffee malt flavor with a mildly bitter grass hops and sour finish. Pretty nice.

Vottled. Cloudy nut brown, small head. Lightly roasty malty nose with some milk. Medium dry with clean rounded mouthfeel. Shy and very careful. Some vague roasty malt flavours. Low bitterness.
