This is our 2SPils aged in Bluecoat gin barrels for 11 months. During the aging, the liquid evaporated leaving a more concentrated outcome that has also soaked up some of the gin that had previously saturated the wood. The end product is still crispy and grassy, but now, with pleasant characteristics of fresh white oak and spicy botanical.

Hazy bright gold with a medium sized foamy white head. Boozy with gin and Sprite. Long finish. Medium body.
