Dark brown with a off white head. (50 cl. bottle) Mainly malty taste - slighty roasted. Thin palate. Citric sweet taste .... short end! Easily forgettable!

Huge beige shiny lasting head, mostly evenly sized bubbles. Deep dark red body with tiny yeast particles. Sweet delicate fruity roasty aroma with hoppy chocolatey notes. Very harmonic. Sweet roasty fruity caramelly taste with soft, burnt chocolatey notes. Some milk and earth as well. Body is a bit thin. Smooth mouthfeel. Dry, wooden burnt aftertaste with chocolatey notes. Very nice! Quite understated, but balanced and harmonic. Just right. (0.5l bottle from Gammel Strand, København. Rated twice.)

50 cL bottle. Pours hazzlenut brown with a lacing white head. Slight breadish aroma. Flavour is somewhat citric and quite breadish and a bit roasted. Ends with a mild bitterness and a persisting roasted malt flavour. Decent.

(Bottle 50 cl) Hazy, dark brown with a small, off-white head. Roasted malt aroma. Almost thin in the body, comes with a very high carbonation, dry and vaguely burned accents - almost no bitterness. Way too carbonated and lacking some character and personality. 240507

Bottled. A deep red beer with a huge brown head. The aroma is sweet with notes of straw and nuts, as well as lightly roasted notes. The flavor is sweet with notes of straw, nuts, and malt, leading to a quite bitter end. The body is weak, and the mouthfeel very sparkling due to high carbonation. Where is the caramel, where is the strong sweetness - definately not to style.
