On tap at Sct. Clemens. A hazy, orange-golden beer with a moderate off-white to beige head. Malty-sweet, quite hoppy nose with good balance. Quite hoppy flavor too, with caramel, and a touch of butterscotch. Medium to full body. The finish is citrusy, fruity and flowery with moderate bitterness. The beer is a bit sweet maybe, but quite nice and easy to drink. (080517)

Aroma is light to light moderate malty, caramel, sweet, moderate hoppy, lowers, citrus, some sugar sweetnes sweet - fruity accents - probably the palm sugars. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration, and a dry finish. Body is light to medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft to lively. (140308)

Draught at Sct. Clemens brewpub, Ã…rhus
Hazy amber color, with their classic creamy head. It has a light aroma of bread, malt, hop. Medium body, with a wrong mix of flavors, sugar, harsh bitterness, almost a trace of liquorice. Nah.

Hazy copper beer with a creamy white head. Malt is very strong in the aroma, with some grassy hops. Sweet malty flavour with a lot of hoppy bitterness. A light sugar sweetness shows up halfway, and it finishes with a lingering rich (munich) malt.

(On tap) Clear, warm amber golden with a creamy, beige head that leaves some lacework. Sweetish, malty aroma with a tiny whiff of butter. Quite full-bodied with a very soft mouthfeel and a rather low carbonation. The malt base is quite solid with very sweet, fruity accents - probably the palm sugars are making their impact here. Everything is nicely balanced by a solid bitterness. 301107

From tap at the brewpub. Pours clear hazzlenut brown and with a dense off-white head. Sweet caramel malt and with distinct note of brewmash. Very classic Apollo flavour, quite sweet and with a solid bitterness lingering in the far finish. Has a minor nutty note and a vague berry fruity note, but overall malty to slight dry. Alcohol provides some smoothness to give a medium body and appears in the far finish flavour. No butterish notes. Nice, although not thrilling.
2nd batch: From tap at Apollo. Pours dark orange, slight hazy. Dense slight off-white head. Sweet malty aroma. Cane sugarish sweet to woody flavour. Light spiced flavour into the finish. Light fruity to mixed malty and lighted spiced finished.6-3-6-3-11=2.9

Draft. A hazy amber beer with a lazing medium orange head. The aroma is sweet with light notes of butter, fruit, and honey. The flavor is sweet malty with light notes of butter and straw, as well as a cloying note of fruit, leading to a dry fruity finish, which very late is added a metallic note.
