Mild-angenehmer Kräutergeruch, minimal süß, leicht fruchtig, sehr hopfig. Im Abgang trockener, wenig süßer, bitterer Hinterton, der sich harmonisch einfügt. Test vom 11.3.2008, Gebinde: Glasflasche Noten: 12,12,12,13,-,12 - 12,15

Fast gone whitish rim over clear amber-copper ale. Sweet, caramel-like nose, maybe some parsley. Sweet-bitter, bit cookies or even old gingerbread taste, slightly oxydized, if VERY balanced. Bitterness renews with every sip, but is fleeting. Medium to well-bodied. Sweet-ish, but tripel-attenuated. Nice, if somewhat sweet tripel. Definitely another good one from ’t Hofbrouwerijke.
