Draught at Ølhallen, 170ml. Good looking in the glass with a steady beige head leaving spotty lacing on the glass. Deep rosewood coloured body. Aromas of dark fruits and mid-sweet malts. Well blended taste of dark fruits, caramel, bread and piney notes towards the ending. Smooth in the mouth. Well made. (Tromsø 18.01.2019).

Fra fat på Ølhallen. Mørk amber. Middels høyt tett skum som daler sakte og etterlater litt lacing. Bra ferskenaroma. Smaken lett fruktig. Behagelig tørr avslutning. Litt karamell.

Bottle 500ml @ Gunnfryd Pours amber with a off-white head. Aroma has notes of malt, caramel, citrus, orange and hint of pine. Taste is medium sweet and light to medium bitter with a long caramel, citrus, orange and piney finish. Body is medium, texture is thin to oily, carbonation is soft.

Bottle. It's an unclear dark reddish brown beer with a nice, lightly foamy beige head leaving lacing. The aroma has a light piney, citrus-zesty hoppyness, and a pleasant bready, caramel maltyness. Some very pleasant hoppy scents escapes the glass, not sure what they really are, but they're sure delicious. It's mellow on the palate, medium to full-bodied and semi-dry. There's residual sugar, but not much, not enough to make it even close to sticky on the palate. Bready, caramely malts in the back of the flavor, even a faint roasted hint, with pine cones, resin and orange zest flavors, and a very soft bitterness that feels a bit stronger in the very end. A really delicious low strength beer, typical Lindheim quality. 181226

Big slightly bubbly-creamy mediumlasting head, hazy reddish amber color. Aroma is slightly sweet grassy, sap, wet grass, minerals, leafs, wet hops, roasted grain, moss, pine needles, strawberry jam, lawn, hay, hints of dried fruits and licorice. Taste is slightly sweet mineraly, wet grass, sap, minerals, leafs, hay, bark, wet grain, soil, wet hops, fruit stones, moss, pine needles, hints of strawberry jam. Medium to longlasting bitterness, slightly harsh and sweet grassy mouthfeel. Fair enough, kind of weird.
