Return to Innocence! Triple decocted, and featuring a classic French Saison yeast, we blended the base beer with several barrels of aged beer, including a splash of the second iteration of Megadregs (remember that?), and some of our spontaneously fermented beer. We conditioned the blend on elderflower then canned and can-conditioned it for a lovely saison sparkle.

473mL can (fucked up can), pours a muddy dark yellowish brown with a small white head. Aroma has some oxidation, herbal notes, and a touch of elderflower. Flavour is somewhat oxidized, with estery notes, light elderflower, and weird herbal and fungal notes. This is quite messed up.

473mL can, completely fucked, poured like a capri sun. Pours murky yellow with a small white head. Tons of elderflower and band-aids on the nose, very gin-like. Flavour has elderflower and a lot of bandaids, some sweetness. Almost no carbonation. Very poor.
