Amber color; big head. Unfortunately the aroma is herbal and soapy. Medium body, quite smooth mouthfeel, sweetish malt, with a disturbing soap touch. Not the kind of beer that I like.

Bottle at Kolding Ølmesse. Pours a golden body with a nice, big off-white head. Malty, caramel nose with some cardamom. The flavor is spiced and sweet as well, with cardamom being the most pronounced spice. Full body. Finishes with a pleasant sweet and spiced flavor. A quite nice beer, sure Christmasy, but I would chose a good deal of other beers prior to this one. (080229)

50 cl bottle. Pours unclear amber orange with a nice creamy white head & "phat" lacings. Aroma is heavily spicy - christmas like cinnamon/coriander. Flavor is the the same, here it is also easier to sense the orange peel. Medium bodied with a rather low carbonation. My feeling of this is that it is a very well made brew. Very drinkable and except for the highly spiced touch - it is hard NO T to like!
