Bottle shared at a tasting at troubles’s place. Slightly hazy yellow. Aroma is floral, spicy, with yuzu, coriander. Flavor is quite dry, citric, zesty, floral, with coriander. Medium-bodied. Nice one.

Sampler at AEON Liquor Asagaya. Very big, juicy yuzu nose with some light citrusy notes. Really hides the abv well. Good carbonation with more yuzu on the palate, slightly pulpy in a good way. Herbal and peppery sansho finish but not overdone like so many sansho beers. Dry through and through. Bottle at craig’s. Pours clear golden, nose is lemon, sherbert, taste is dry, sherberty lemon, bitter.

Bottle at Craigs. Pours clear gold with a thin white head. Aromas of light lemon citrus, light Belgian spice, perfume. Taste is light citrus, lavender. Dry finish. Interesting.

Bottle while waiting for food at Barkogi. Hazed Orange yellow. Nose is herbal and tropical fruits. Tastes of pineapple, yuzu, herbal, pine needles, yeasty, some veggies. Semi bitter and dry finish. Quite enjoyed.

330 ml. bottle sampled @ 20ste Zomerbierfestival. Made with yuzu. Hazy golden, little white head. Nose is odd, Vicks & lemon sweet with wheat. The yuzu I suppose. Taste is wheat, light banana, bit artificial-like with sugar, candy & lemon Vicks sweetness,… Sweet candy & wheat,… Overly sweet but okay.

Bottle at Brew, Bangkok. Poured a hazy straw colour with a frothy white head. The aroma is citrus malt. The flavour is light sour with a smooth mineral hop light acid citrus light spice palate. Medium to light bodied with soft carbonation.
