Goat Slayer is a soft and juicy, hazy Double IPA at 8%. Dangerously drinkable. Dry-hopped with Mosaic and Simcoe at 20g/L. Juicy to the core. A big hop bomb.

Panda at home, thanks to Fergus, 15/03/22. Moderately hazed orange with a good sized lasting just off white cap. Nose is orange zest, sweet malts, light breads, modest pine, pineapple, guava. Taste comprises orange pith, grapefruit, pine needle, soft malts, stoned fruits, ripe melon. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close spliced with balanced juicy come lightly resinous hop bitterness and just a touch of boost. Solid easy drinking DIPA.

Can at home picked up from BEER:Shop Hitchin. A translucent golden coloured pour with a lively white fluffy head. Aroma is soft wheat, bready, squishy papaya, waxy citrus, plastic hockey puck, green mango, mellow dank. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, soft white bread, fluffy wheat, tropical fruit salad, melon, mango, spicy citrus, mellow dank, plastic notes. Palate is sift, airy carbonation, little spicy in the finish. Really solid.
