Double Dry Hopped New England IPA brewed with a new proccess to increase the amount of fruity Thiols. We used a simple malt bill of base malt and flaked oats and is hopped in the mash with some Thiol precurssor heavy hops. Fermented with our house expressive ale yeast and double dry hopped with Citra and Galaxy. Full of lovely fruity notes like Pear, Stone fruit and guava.
