330ml bottle at Ongbalo, Da Nang, Vietnam. Poured a hazy yellow golden colour with a lasting frothy white head. The aroma is big spicy ginger. The flavour is spicy herbal, with a fresh, crisp, herbal ginger, light sweet honey palate. Medium bodied with average carbonation. Nicely balanced which can’t be easy when you throw ginger into the mix!
