Cask@GBBF2010. Pale golden colour, small head. Aroma is fruity and floral hops along with some mild nuttyness as well as herbs. Flavour is fruity and floral with some mild earth and herbal notes. Pleasant.

Cask (gravity filled jug) @ Smithfield Hotel & Bar, Manchester M4, UK. Clear medium yellow color with a small to average, frothy, fair lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is light to moderate malty, toasted, moderate hoppy, flowers. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration. Body is light to medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is flat. (160108)
