2022 Edition - Blend of 2018, 2019 and 2020 spontaneous vintages, bottled in 2021.

Effervescent stone fruit flavours balanced with gentle acidity and rounded honeyed-oak notes before a dry, tannic finish.

Our third Home blend features three vintages of coolshipped beer fermented only using the native microflora in the Glen Fyne atmosphere, each aged for one, two and three years in oak barrels before being combined to create a complex, artful and flavourful blend that truly represents our brewery's Glen Fyne home.

Blended by our Head of Origins Brewing, Pawel Nowak from over thirty barrels of spontaneous beer, Home 2022 is the most refined of our Home releases thus far, with knowledge and learning from our first few years of spon brewing helping us create more elegant flavour profiles in later years of using native microflora to ferment our Origins Brewing beers.

375ml bottle from Farm Brewery Shop - Hazy gold body, solid white top. Plummy nose, yeasty, summer fruits. Tart taste to kick off, fresh finish, very tidy in between. Well balanced blend, very nice.
