Cask-conditioned at the Bag ONails, Bristol 25/04/09. Deep amber in colour with a decent white head. An easy drinking bitter with biscuity malts, a touch of grassy hops and a moderately bitter finish. Ok.

Half pint from cask. Clear, amber-brown body colour. Lacing-head. Mild malty nose followed by a firm flavour of smooth hop bitterness (celebrating first of May 08 at Market Porter.)

Cask (handpump) @ Anchor, Digbeth, Birmingham B5, UK. Clear medium amber color with a small to average, frothy, good lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is light to moderate malty, roasted, light bitter, herbs, toffee. Flavor is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average duration. Body is medium to light, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to soft to flat. (140108)
