Collaboration between Camden and Clapton craft. Keg at Camden town . hazed golden / orange coloured pour with a steadfast off white head. A little sticky. Aroma is apricot jam, light caramel, sweet orange peel. Light pine on the nose but it’s pretty subdued. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, light caramel, biscuit, spicy hop. Palate is semi sweet, biscuit. Moderate carbonation. Disappointing. No pine needle hop why is this a spruce IPA?
