Bottle at ash's, 8.3% pours black, nose is chocolate, date, berries, caramel, roasted, taste is berries, liquorice, chocolate, tart, fruity. 8/9/7/7/7

Bottle thanks to Stuu. Pours oily black with a thin tan head. Aromas of tar, liquorice, leather, dark fruit. Taste is more of the same. Rich and silky.

Appearance - deep brown to matt black. Thin beige crema head.
Nose - earthy, edge of black fruit. Some treacle or molasses.
Taste - blackberries, molasses and treacle.
Palate - medium bodied, dry roasty finish.
Overall - good stuff.
