Cask-conditioned at The Castle, London EC4 11/1/08. Deep amber with a foamy white head that left rings down the glass. Aroma of red fruit, grassy hops, chocolate and a touch of roasted malt. Flavour had plenty of dusty chocolate without being sweet, before a long, bitter finish. Very enjoyable.
