Bottle. Pours an amber color with a small off-white head. Has a fruity malty spicy caramel aroma with weak hoppy hints. Fruity malty spicy caramel flavor. Has a fruity malty spicy caramel finish.

Bottle at Akkurat. (best before Nov 11) Slightly hazy dark brown with a small white head. Aroma and taste of malt, dried fruit, toffee, raisin and port. Medium body and not that much carbonation. Drinkable and not bad at all, but not in the best shape either.

Bottle. Creamy off-white good mostly lasting head. Amber colour. Heavy malty and moderate hoppy aroma. Very spicey, rasin, cinnamon. Light sweet and moderate bitter flavor. Spicey notes again. Average moderate bitter finish. Creamy palate. Nice beer.

Deep amber/reddish colour with medium head nice warming aroma of plum,rasins and toffee caramel,warming mild mouth feels with full body.

(Bottle at Pikkulintu on 2008-12-05) Very dark amber and quite clear. Medium sized long lasting white head. Raisin and malts in nose. Full bodied and dry palate with little carbonation. Hint of raisin, bitterness, roastedness and bit of sourness in taste.

Deep copper with a lasting off-white head. Complex aroma of plums, figs, walnut and port, signs of a well aged, high quality strong ale. Sweet and smooth caramel and dried fruit flavour, mostly balanced by a pleasant alcohol warmth.

50 cL bottle, thanks to thewolf. Pours slight hazy orange to amber with a dense off-white head. Overripe fruity and spiced aroma. Flavour is fruity and mild malty. Light body and light raisin fruity flavour. Caramel sweet goes into a medium dry finish.

Hazy deep amber with tiny off white head. Sweet fruity and spicy aroma with malty notes. Sweet flavor with notes of roasted malt, overripe fruits, caramel and chocolate. Ends sweet. Delicious

Bottle. Clear medium amber color with a average, frothy to creamy, good lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white to beige head. Aroma is moderate malty, roasted, caramel, notes of milk chocolate, light vintage / vinous, notes of wood, alcohol, juniper berry ! Flavor is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium to light, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. (231207)
