Farmhouse Ale. High fermented beer, unpasteurized and refermented in bottle. Altavia pils malt, European wheat and hops. Belgian Saison-style light beer, refreshing and drinkable due to its dryness and pleasant bitterness, a Saison, born in the Walloon farms to help workers return from the fields on summer days. In our interpretation we did not use spices, citrus or hops of distant hemispheres ... it is so classic that we simply called it "Saison" !. The yeast gives spices and spicy flavors.
