Pour is an amber with a small white head. Aroma is a very nice crisp malt with some breadyness. Flavor is dominated by a crisp malt with a bit of honey and other sweetness. Nothing offensve about this one and quite easy to drink.

Bottle courtesy of kiefdog. Pours deep clear gold with white head. The aroma is mildly malty with light roast and fruity esters that move into winter spice. Smooth taste with roasted to nutty malts. The fruity esters and winter spices are noticed in several layers here and there. Very tasty.

(Bottled). Clear copper brown color, small white head. Crisp, citrusy and methol nose. Fruity hoppy, pineapple flavors, English hops and crystal malts. Sweetish aftertaste. Nothing Christmasy here.

(Bottle 50 cl) Slightly hazy amber golden with an off-white head leaving some lacework. Lightly sweet aroma of caramel and nuts. Full-bodied with a smooth mouthfeel and plenty of fruit and caramel. No real bitterness but quite some alcohol showing. 210908

Bottled@SBWF2008. Amber colour, rich off-white head. Aroma is lots of caramel malts, some mild hops as well as dry dark fruits. Flavour is quite much the same. A very sweet malty brew for being a Ridgeway product. Suits the Christmas season well!

Clear amber with medium beige head. Sweet aroma with tosted malt, caramel and ripe fruits. Sweet flavour with same notes. Ends sweet.

Bottled. An amber beer with a thin orangey head. The aroma is sweet malty with light notes of caramel - the aroma is too light for my liking. The flavor is sweet malty with strong notes of caramel, leading to a dry bitter finish.

16.9oz bottle - Pours copper colored with a big frothy head. It has a mild aroma mainly of English hops with some bready malt in there. The flavor is similar to a bitter and the hops are well balanced by pale biscuit malt tones. It’s medium bodied and finishes kind of dry. I rather enjoyed this one though it is a little overpriced for what it is.

Slightly cloudy amber with a small off-white head. Toffee malty aroma, with a touch of grassy hops and fruity yeast. Sweet and simple malty flavour.

Bottle. Clear medium amber color with a large, frothy, good lacing, fully lasting, light beige head. Aroma is light to moderate malty, roasted, nutty, moderate hoppy, grass, citrus. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. (201207)
