Bottle, at John Bull, Aalborg. A hazy orange-golden beer with a small white head. The aroma is a bit weak, citrusy and peachy, with some pale malts. It’s medium bodied and quite soft on the palate, with a suitable bitterness and citrus and pine cones. Malty back. Lasting bitter finish. Easy drinkable, easy forgettable. 141026

Bottle from Bier Huis, Ossett. Hazy gold. Off white, bubbly head. Light, ripe peach. Light, pink grapefruit. A little grass. Soft, sweet malt. Taste is dry and light bitter. Crisp, lively palate. Finish is dry, and pithy bitter. The dryness makes for a cracking session beer.
