We really love lemongrass, we put it in our tea, our soap, our saisons, and yes indeed IPAs. We brewed this one with barley and spelt malts, hopped it with lots of Idaho 7 and Centennial, and steeped lots of freshly dried lemongrass from @omaherbalteas of Schwenksville, PA.

It has notes of fresh lemon pound cake, vanilla custard, grapefruit breakfast, gentle pineapple, and maybe even a coconut.⁣
