From a polypin at the Gryphon cider festival, Bristol 8/07/2011. I’m not sure it looks right to badge this as a Gloucestershire cider as it’s from south of the river, but this site treats Natch the same way. Amber and still. Aroma of dryish apples, with some underlying toffee and a pinch of allspice. Flavour had plenty of tangy juice, some more spicy earthiness and a gently dry finish. An excellent cider from a tiny producer - drink it if you can track it down!
