From the wooden cask at West Croftโs Wassail, Brent Knoll 15/1/2011. Amber coloured with a touch of carbonation. Aroma of dryish fruit with some honeyed sweetness and wood. Easy drinking, with medium dry apple juice followed by some caramel and a moderately dry finish. Good.
