A few years ago – before we changed our name to Kerteminde Bryggeri – Back when it was just father and son brewing beer at home in the kitchen; we called the project Kongshøj Bryghus. After Kongshøj Allé in Kerteminde.
Since then, very good beer has flowed through our bodies, and one of the big favorites among the Danes is the modern version of Vienna lager
– also called “Classic”.

This is our take on the popular beer type. However, ours is with more Vienna and crystal malt, so it is darker and slightly sweeter. Aged at 1 degree for 6 weeks and our best bet for an “over the hedge beer”.
