500ml bottle, thanks to Finn for sharing. Unclear, straw coloured body. Firm lacework from a frothy, white tophead. Pale malty nose. Taste of dry lemon, wheat and malts. Herbal dry and bitter endnotes. Summer feel (at Finns in Tromsø, 16.06.2011).

Big white lasting head. Paleish faintly hazy yellow body with carbonation. Mealy herbal aroma with lemony notes. Dry-sweet grassy herbal mealy taste with lemony grainy oily notes. Mid-to-light body. Mild mouthfeel. Dry-bitter grassy herbal milky aftertaste with metallic notes. Bitterness lingers for a long time. Nice. Full of character and highly drinkable. (0.5l bottle, wine monopoly.)

500 ml bottle, from Vinmonopolet. Brew #421. ABV is 5.5%. Some sediment in the bottle. Extremely pale yellow colour, slightly hazy, huge white head. Sweetish aroma of malt sugar and grassy hops. Despite some malty sweetness in the flavour, there are enough hops to make the beer feel fairly crisp. Very bitter finish and aftertaste.

Bottle. Poured gold with a white head. Aroma was malty, mainly grain notes coming through. The same goes for the taste. An exceptionally one note beer.

On tap at EBF 08. Hazy pale gold, thin white head. Decent lager, nice lemony hop which is quite bitter on the end. Very good hop, rather a stunning hoppy lager. That’s good. Very competent.

Strong and nice citrus dominated pilsner aroma. almost clear yellow whilte head. nice flavor balance between the sweet and the bitter, throw in some citrus. great pilsener. also good mouthfeel. (6,7,6,6,6)=6.2/10
re-rate as Herslev økologisk pilsner. (on 2026-apr-12)
slightly cloudy yellow, white head. 6
aroma has tons of hay, the malts totally smell like hay, earthy note. not much else. imho crazy unbalanced. 5
flavor is sweet malty, fainter bitter hay and bitter grassy notes, strong note of light caramel (light-brown caramel) or light-brown toffee.
this is one crazy interpretation of pilsener, it's more like someone's first homebrew that did not go sour. toffee-with-hay beer.. wtf.
the infected one i got 17 years ago was better.

Draught at ÅBF08. Mild grain aroma. Hazy golden colour. Small creamy white head. The flavour has a good bitterness which gets rough after a while. But there is also hop aroma and a slight sweetness.
