Bottle from Irma Torvegade, CPH - pours a fuzzy golden colour with puffy white head. Sweet grainy malt, straw/hay, grassy, doughy, floral nuances, pretty decent pils overall.

DØE as Herslev Økologisk Pilsner. 5.5 % ABV. Hazy golden with a white head. Aroma is sweet, malty and light hoppy - fruity. Flavor is medium sweet and light bitter. Dry and light bitter finish. 250513

Bottle from systembolaget. Pours yellow, slightly cloudy with small white head. Buttery and floral scents on the nose. Bitter dried grass, bitter herbs and orange peal hop tastes, a bit oily and a robust bitter and dry aftertaste. A good example of a bohemian / northgerman dry and bitter pilsner.

Flaske 0,5l - batch 421 fra Vinmonopolet. Delt med Rune under seanse i heimen 16 Jun 11. Lys gylden. Litt uklar. Høyt luftig skum. Aroma av malt. Smaken litt malt + gress. Ellers lite, men en god pilsner.

0.5l bottle. Pours a light cloudy golden yellow body with a small white head. Aroma is light grainy and malty with notes of some nice hops and perhaps a twist of grapefruit. Medium-bodied, oily texture and average carbonation. Tastes light hopy and mildly grainy leaving a lasting light pleasant sour hopy-bitter finish and aftertaste. Quite drinkable and a good thirst quencher. Nice pilsner that I could probably drink lots of..
