It is a classical American IPA. The taste is well balanced between the generous hop and malt, bitter and simply perfect to enjoy life, 22.05.2016, buying it probably at the ex grain d'Orges, Crissier.

cloudy orange color. nice sized head.
aroma of citrus. very interesting to have the american citrucy, piney hops mixed with the british malt profile.

Slightly hazy golden/amber with a small head. Aroma of malts, tropical fruits, citrus, herbal notes, hops. Flavour is light sweet with a moderate to medium bitter finish. Good body. Not brutal, very sessionable. Rather refreshing malty IPA.

Bottle: Just what the name says Bitter, and this one is bitter, American bitter. Amber looking brew with hints of orange, grapefruit and other bitter things.

Typical amber off-red tint in the glass with a nice persistent 1cm head. Citrusy, piney nose with a hint of passion fruit. Smooth in the mouth, lemon and hops. Medium lasting smooth hop after taste. Very mild for an IPA. Very balanced and drinkable though.

Bière 33 cl achetée sur une petite mousse lors d'un déstockage de dates courtes, elle était preque offerte. Robe dorée, belle mousse crémeuse. Un nez typé IPA avec des notes de houblons, d'agrumes, sur un fond résineux. Bouche fraîche, et fruitée, forte amertume. Une bonne IPA bien que je els aime un peu plus exotiques que ça.

Boring. Light spice. Caramel but not much taste. Disappointing.

Bottle. Pale amber color. Black berries and citrus in the somewhat floral aroma. Firm floral hopbitter flavor with black berries and citrus. Slightly herbal flavor. Good beer.
