A more traditional cider made from our range of traditional fruits, slightly hazy, dark amber in colour, well matured in oak casks until blended and bottled. A full bodied cider well able to accompany strong tasting food, particularly good with double Gloucestershire cheese and venison.

Bottle from Corks of Cotham, Bristol, shared with Joe. Nice looking label. Darkish golden still pour, slight haze. Oak casks evident in the nose and the flavour, which had some great fruit character. Nice full mouthfeel. Vague spiciness also. Really enjoyable drop of zider.

Bottle from Corks, Bristol. Deep gold in colour with no carbonation. Dry, yeasty aroma, with plenty of apple juice. Full mouth feel, with dry fruit, oak and a warming alcohol finish. Another good bottled cider from Severn Sider.
