Sample at the taproom. Clear bright golden color with a medium thin white head that dissipates quickly to an outer ring. Strings of lacing on the glass. Floral and fruity aroma with yeast and malt notes. Light to medium body with a slightly funky yeast character and flavors of fruit, floral hop and doughy malt. The finish is fruity yeast and mild hops. Pretty good overall.

Sampled from the tap at the brewery. Pours a slightly hazy bright yellow with a white head that dissipates quickly to the edges. Aroma has light flora and light tart fruits with a light oak and straw backbone. Flavor has a nice light citrus and tart fruit supported by oak and flora.

10 ounce at the brewery - hazy straw pour - nose is a complex mix of oak, white grape, peach, moderate funk, a touch of lacto tartness - soft in the mouth - lovely balance of tartness/acidity, funk, and mild sweetness - deeply oaky, moderately tart, notes of pear, melon, funkiness, white wine - finishes super dry and moderately tart - balanced, delicate, and delicious.
