Wooden Cask gravity @ brewery tap, Becher Bräu, Bayreuth, Oberfranken/Bayern, Germany. Clear medium amber color with a average to large, creamy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, light hoppy, grass, toffee. Flavor is moderate sweet and light light bitter with a average duration. (Very nice balanced). Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. ;o)) (181007)

(Sample #13 [bottled] at the first Biertest-Online Gathering, Düsseldorf, 29.12.06) Clear, deep golden to light amber colour with a medium-sized foamy white head. Slightly sweet malty, dms, shy hoppy aroma. Moderately sweet flavour, toast-malty, slightly chewy taste with a touch of honey; medium-dry, malty finish with a light alcoholic note.

Getrunken beim 1. BTO-Treffen. Süßlicher, honigartiger Geruch. Der Nachgeschmack ist zwar feinherb, vorher allerdigns ist das Bier viel zu süß, auch die Süffigkeit wird dadurch deutlich eingeschränkt. Test vom 30.12.2006, Gebinde: Glasflasche Noten: 8,6,7,6,9,7 - 6,90
