Tulip at Great Divide - well, given that Yeti is pretty sublime, of course I had to try this - pours pitch black with a frothy tan head - this one is intense - sweet, but balanced and roasty - a fair amount of smoke - tamarind and espresso - raisin, bakers chocolate - the use of molasses really makes it complex and earthy - touches of charred wood - this is damn good.
