Bottle in MV. Pours mostly clear gold with a modest, frothy white head. The aroma holds a rather lovely funkiness, with accents of lemon, hay. Light sweet flavour with subtle touches of pithy grapefruit, wheat bread, some musty hay bales, a bit of funk, light lemony acidity. Light bodied with lively, massaging carbonation. Really clean on the finish, with further restrained citric tartness, light acidity, more wheat flakes, some melon, straw. Overall, this is hugely drinkable stuff. Nice depth given the ABV, too.

500ml bottle. Minimally milky, yellow-ish, very pale golden colour with average to huge, fluffy, moderately lasting, minimally lacing, snow-white head. Grassy, herbal, spicy yeasty and citrusy hoppy aroma, notes of lemongrass, lemon balm, nettle, lime zest, hints of white pepper. Taste is dry, citrusy hoppy and herbal-grassy, spicy yeasty, minimally funky, notes of lemon, lemon zest, lemongrass, hints of nettle, sage, white pepper, nettle; lasting, minimally soapy finish, slightly oily texture, light body but in no way watery. Very "natural", i.e. neither technically clean nor unregulated dirty. Very promising house yeast - Dupont comes to mind...
