One of the first beers produced in our brewery, this table beer is dry and expressive with a snappy bitterness and expressive citrus notes from cascade hops. At 3.8% alcohol, it is not meant to overpower the senses but rather be a durable complement to occasions of all sorts.

Bottle purchased at Redstone Liquors, Andover Location. The bottle has sat for a few months. Awesome clarity on the initial pour, clean gold with higher carbonation level. Aroma is real nice mild grass, straw lightly spicy yeast.
Flavor of straw, light spicy yeast and mild floral tones. Base of the brew is comprised of light grain, soft yeast. The carbonation is champagne like that becomes bone dry in texture. Honestly I just had a few samples at EBF last weekend in Boston and this is best of the three total I have been able to try. I wish I could get this brewery in NH. I guess that is why I am consistently driving to Massachusetts to buy and sample beer!!
