Beautiful amber color. Nice aroma, some noble hops, but also some yeast. Medium body, malt and sweet caramel flavor, with a good, aromatic and quite strong bitterness; traces of yeast. Pleasant and solid Bitter.

Bottle, 5.5%. Hoppy aroma, sweet with notes of soft fruits. Hazy copper colour, some floaties, big and chunky at the bottom. Big, stable tan head. The flavour is much the same as aroma, fruity hoppiness with low bitterness and a little tea/coriander notes, probably from the hops. Thin mouthfeel. Subtle, but nice. A refreshing and good Spring beer. 7 3 8 3 16
Bottle, 5.0%. Flowery and piney hop aroma. Cloudy dark golden colour. Good stable off-white head. The flavour is like the aroma, flowery, grassy, not so piney. A bit watery, though. 7 3 6 3 14

Dark golden with a medium lasting white head. Floral nose with wonderful roses and citrus. Sweet and light flavour with a touch of hop flavour and quite lasting aftertaste for such a light beer. A perfect springtime beer.

Fine golden with off white bubbly head. Cascade hop aroma, flowers & spring. Soft mouthfeel. Little watery with a medium carbonation. Good lacings and I like the cascade feel a lot - funky fresh. Easy malty caramel balance. Lasting bitter finish!

(Flaske 50 cl) Beautiful, clear amber golden with an off-white head. Floral, slightly perfumy aroma. Medium-bodied with lightly sweet caramel notes and a perfumy touch. The finish is dry with some bitterness. Quenching all right. 080307

50 cL bottle. Pours amber with huge creamy head. Aroma is very hoppy and so is the taste. Plain and simple blend of Cascade and Amarillo. Good, but I’m no impressed as it is simply too easy to make an Easter beer from these aroma hops alone and this beer has only this to offer in my view. Good bitter finish.
