Tap - turbid gold with a frothy head - nose is light oak, soft wheat, light grass, little to no saison yeast character - frothy, full mouthfeel - flavor is dry, with moderate oak, white pepper, wheat, earthy/dusty yeast - wine is evident in the finish and is a bit much - again, very little in the way of distinctive saison character, but it’s decent.
