Interesting malt profile in this ipa - almost barley wine-ish character, with moderate esters, medium sweet, sticky malts, earthy oats, caramel, toffee - moderate acidity in the middle - hops are woody, peppery, earthy - lingering toasty malt finish - a bit of an "everyday" beer for celebrating an anniversary, but I wont hold that against it - tasty. 748415
