Fairly strong, but creamy carbonation - mildly spicy nose - full bodied - semi-dry, with some dark fruit and semi-tart blueberry flavor - moderate acidity - light phenols and moderately developed earthy/leathery brett - gets drier and more tart through the finish, as the maltiness of the base porter shows its head just long enough to keep this from being too tart - just the right amount of chocolate chewiness - dry cocoa and lingering tartness/earthiness from the brett lingers through the finish - quite nice, actually.
