Tap at Falling Rock - complete with a pink ping-pong ball on the tap handle - the lighter side of my Paddy’s Day drinks - completely clear golden - thick, soapy head - more along the lines of a bohemian pils, rather than the usual german styles from this brewer - very crisp and dry, with a strong, refreshing herbal, grassy hop punch - some honey sweetness quickly becomes subdued by this character - very balanced, clean, refreshing - I am really looking forward to this place opening again in the spring.
