The flagship beer is pale in colour with a subtle hint of grapefruit and lemon in the aroma. The wonderful hop bitterness is complemented by a balanced malt flavour. The beer has a long finish, which is moderately dry.

Cask at the Trafalgar Freehouse 09/08/2024 (same as review from The Clapham Eagle ale house from 2021) Freshly tapped just now, condition is prime and heard lots about this one, does not disappoint, crisp biscuity malts, touch of caramel, lots of citrus fruit coming in, soft carbonation, medium body, nice hoppy finish and so quaffable. Lovely.

Forholdvis pålitelige notater fra en travel dag på The Great British Beer Festival, London 02.08.22: klar gylden, fint skum som varer. Brød, kjeks, urter, litt furunål og god maltsmak.

Pours a clear orange amber colour with a small thin white head that settled. The aroma is light sweet malt, caramel with orange and floral hop notes. A moderately sweet taste, pale malts, caramel and orange flavours with a bitter hop finish.

Cask at GBBF 2017, Olympia, London. A golden coloured pour with a medium white head on top. Hoppy, citrus, floral aroma and taste. Straightforward English bitter but also quite drinkable.
