La Vida Sangria is the marriage of the clean, crisp taste of the Washington state apples we use in our cider with the subtle tartness of red wine and the citrus flavors of fresh lemons and oranges

Bottle, a beauty of a pour, dark red and shit. Rather wine like aroma. First taste is wine-like as well, you know, like fruity sangria but there is the hint of apple cider hiding back in the corner. Seems like a a blend of wine character along with the tart sweetness of the cider. Yes, feels like a lot of unfermented sugar in this, far from dry I'll say. A little more tartness comes thru in the middle. Don't chug this, there's way too much sugar, reminds me a bit of those woodchuck soda pop ciders. I think they got what they wanted with this, true to life tasting like a sangria; especially one that's been mixed with granny smith apples, other fruit and a tad of brandy with sweetr red wine. There, you have it. Just a little worried about what the sugar is going to do to my tender tummy lining.
