A black beer with a disappearing brown head. The aroma is sweet roasted with notes of chocolate, and so is the flavor with a dry roasted end. The body is thin, which surprises me. Nice Mild.

Bottle, RBESG 2005 Grand Tasting. Dark brown colour, nearly black. Pleasant roasty aroma, notes of coffee and dark bitter chocolate. Flavour is roasty and smokey, notes of tar. A solid beer!

Bottled 75cl @RBESG’05
Opaque black, not much head. Roasted coffee nose. Starts soft, then hoppy, roasted, chocolaty. Long roasted aftertaste.
