We have created a tasty concoction with Crafty Bastard Brewery in Knoxville. Earlier this year we picked green walnuts, across the street from the brewery, and made a Nocino with our good friends at Crafty. Nocino is an Italian beverage that uses green walnuts and spices. Our Nocino is packed full of cinnamon, cardamom and maple syrup as well as a hefty amount of the nutty, spicy green walnut flavor. To best showcase this delicious treat we created a Lager that provides a soft balance to the spicy, herbal flavor.
