Appearance - 6 | Aroma - 7 | Flavor - 7 | Texture - 8 | Overall - 7
Can - a more British-leaning rendition than most American breweries - reminiscent of such examples as Brooklyn Monster Ale and Victory Old Horizontal, but lacking some of the depth those have - there is a subtle background funkiness that I am not sure is intentional, but wouldn’t be out of place in a British ale - overall decent.
