Keg at Euston Tap. Chocolate brown colour with tiny golden head. Aroma is cream, wheat, caramel, bubblegum. Bit of spice. Taste is sweet, appley, caramel and toffee, slightly floral and lots of booze. Initially a bit prickly and then very smooth. Some fruitiness in there too, berries and something sweet. Quite thick, and very nice. 9,3,8,3,15. Re-rate at Lush Life on tap. Golden brown, thick creamy golden head. Aroma is spicy bananas, slight smoke, cream, wheat. Taste is banana again, rich fruitiness, cherry maybe. Full bodied but easy to drink. Something herbal later on. Hides the alcohol well.

No head at all! Bread and glue in the aroma. Sweet, malty taste with banana, mango, bread, cola and butter flavors. Full bodied. Alcohol present, but well hidden. The taste is magnificent, the aroma is limping behind.

Taste is wheat, grainy, malt, caramel, sweetish, yeasty, banana, cloves, dried fruits, with spicy boozy bitterness. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, dry yeasty grassy boozy finish. Nicely drinkable

Stunned it's not rated. Reviewing the 2014 vintage march 2019. Nose is big yeast, vanilla, cloves, bubblegum, chocolate, bread dough, greek honey, hint of spices, slightly festive feel, banana, wheat; beautiful nose. Taste is wheat, caramel, leading to dough, vanilla, hint of lemon sourness, banana, cloves, chocolate, marzipan, raisin and plums, brown sugar. Emerging touches of raspberry, and very faint balsamic. As it warms a slight sherry note reflecting it's ageing starts to show and adds a pleasing additional dimension. As it warms more I am beginning to get a little red wine and brandy. I am frustrated I don't have notes from a standard bottle, but I think I like this aged bottle much more. The sourness seems more pronounced and with the slight sherry finish from ageing I think it's a particularly well balanced beer
